Research Interests
Generally I am interested in the investigation of personality and mood in organizational settings. Currently, I am involved in an investigation of the role of personality, self-regulation, and affect in the employment interview. I am also presently investigating the interplay between goals, behavior, and mood and I will soon take this investigation into the workplace. My recent research includes the structure and measurement of mood and personality, stressor/strain relationships at work. Other research interests include organizational assessment, program evaluation, and the role of affect in high-intensity endurance activities (e.g., cycling).
